Justin grew up in Northeast Missouri, spending the first 18 years of his life in Kirksville. He decided early on that he was going to pursue a career path focused on finance and was interested in getting a finance degree. After a visit to the University of Missouri and the Trulaske College of Business, he knew Mizzou was the school for him.
Upon graduation from the business school in 2020, Justin decided to continue his education by working towards his master’s degree in finance. Justin joined the WR Wealth Planners team as a data & trading analyst shortly after graduating with his master’s degree in May 2021. He became the firm’s Chief Investment Officer in May of 2023.
Since becoming a young professional, Justin has joined the Emerging Professional’s In Columbia Chamber of Commerce group, and has recently gotten married to his wife Robyn Hamilton.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys playing basketball and golf, as well as spending time with his friends and family. He also loves watching collegiate and professional sports, particularly his alma mater Missouri Tigers!
